Here is a photo collage from our second busy day. We covered La Rambla on foot
plus the food market,
a couple of churches
and a number of side streets.
Two friends
had tickets to a four hour opera in the evening.
Those of us who weren't
sure we could survive such a long haul,
opted to stay back
and we did a walking
tour around the Sagrida Familia,
a 15 minute walk from our apartment.

Great photo collage. Spain is one of those countries that just has so much to offer. We were in Madrid in October and it was chilly -- but not freezing. Perfect weather for walking all day long. You have so many wonderful photos. I know I have 100's from our trip. :) Happy day to you. Tammy
